►The Goal of the Music Ministry here at the Mt. Vernon Missionary Baptist Church is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to every soul that we come in contact with. We truly believe that there is nothing more important than a relationship with Christ and it is our duty to relay that concept through Music. We do know that Christ gave us the gift of music as a healing mechanism to broken and battered souls and we intend to offer, to all that will receive, the chance to get to know a man who is capable of doing "exceedingly and abundantly above all that we can ever ask or think"-Ephesians 3:20. We intend to use our gifts to drive satan from our midst, destroy yolks and to break down strongholds! We also stand on God's words and believe in the law of Confessions. We confess this day that Satan has no power over any of our lives as well as yours! We invite you to come and partake of the blood that cleanses all things and a Savior that saves ALL people!!!!
